Return Policy
If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, you have 60 days to return or exchange it. To be eligible, items must be in their original condition—unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase handy.
How to Start a Return
To begin a return, please contact us at info@bloombel.co. Once your return is approved, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send the item. Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Defects
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item has a manufacturing defect, is damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately. We’ll send a replacement at no cost for any items with a manufacturing defect within the first 60 days.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom products, personal care items, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases. If you have any questions about whether your item is eligible, please reach out to us.
Sale Items
All sale item returns are eligible for exchange as store credit only.
Exchanges
To quickly receive the item you want, email us at info@bloombel.co and state the issue. We’ll process a new order for you, and the item you initially received will need to be returned. Please note that you will be responsible for covering the cost of the return shipping label.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
